Note: This form should only be completed by teachers whose projects have received full funding on If you haven’t submitted a project yet, please review the information here.

Once your project has been funded on, please complete the form below and we will email you an invoice within 2-3 business days. This invoice can then be uploaded to your project and they will issue us payment. After we send the invoice, you will receive a welcome email with next steps for the professional development at your hybrid location or with the online group.
